STORAGE AGREEMENTS AND INSURANCE TERMS

All storage business with our customers is undertaken on the terms of the storage licence, and ancillary documents, entered into with us.

The storage agreements comprise:

  • Our standard storage licence (a copy of which is available here)
  • The summary of the key terms of the storage licence (a copy of which is available here)
  • The insurance arrangements and needs document detailing the goods stored and the value of those (a copy of which is available here). This document also clarifies again the items that are prohibited from being stored with us.
  • 24 Hour access rules (a copy of which is available here)
  • Health and Safety on site rules (a copy of which is available here)

Where a customer asks us to arrange for their stored contents to be covered by our insurance, this cover is provided subject to the terms of our insurance. The terms of the cover are available here and the summary here. It is a customer’s responsibility to ensure such cover is adequate for their needs. No customer is required to take our insurance but it is a condition of storage that a customer’s goods are insured (by us or otherwise) before we will accept goods to be stored with us.
